Bancroft offers programs for children and adults with autism, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), and outpatient and residential rehabilitation for those with brain injuries. Our nurses have a unique opportunity to work with individuals across various settings, including schools, residential homes, and outpatient clinics.

Nursing Positions Available:

Residential Nurse Case Manager: Provide comprehensive care and support to individuals living in our residential programs.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Assist Registered Nurses (RNs) in providing direct patient across various settings.
Residential and Community Nurse Supervisor: Lead and oversee a team of nurses, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.

We're Looking for Nurses Who Are:

Strong at communication skills

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
A valid nursing license in the state of New Jersey or Pennsylvania
