Requirements for H1B Visa Sponsorship

  • The equivalent of a US undergraduate degree in Special Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or Counseling.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
  • Candidates are responsible for their transportation to the US.

We’re currently hiring Rehabilitation Counselors through our H1B sponsored jobs program. This closely aligns with our Direct Support Professional positions, directly supporting individuals in their day-to-day activities.

Application Process

  1. Qualification Check: Once qualified, a recruiter will contact you to discuss the position and potentially schedule a virtual interview with the Program Manager.
  1. H1B Visa Application: If an offer is extended, we’ll begin your H1B visa application. Our recruiter will guide you through the process.
 
  1. Pre-Departure Preparation: After visa acceptance, we’ll determine your travel date to the US and arrange a host for your first six weeks. During this period, we’ll assist with essential aspects like obtaining a driver’s license, social security card, bank accounts, transportation, and permanent housing.
